Oh I have to steal a chopper that's cool.
Oh I started shit so now one of the npcs is gonna grab it and fly away. Fail. Round 2, be sneaky this time. Guy across the way spots me, chucks a grenade, blows up the helo. Fail. Round 3, same as round two except guy who sees me takes off in the chopper. Fail. Round 4, decide to go in guns blazing. Guy takes off in chopper. Fail. fuck it. --- Heee~eeey ... Isn't there only the one pilot at these locations that can fly the chopper? You need to spot him (IIRC he's wearing goggles or a helmet or something) then take him out first and you should be okay.
