its decent but could use some work. The arms are super scrawny and the hands are even smaller in proportion to them. I can see you were trying to go for foreshortening with some of the limbs, but it just doesn't look... right. His right arm should be way shorter if it's receding into the distance. His face is all condensed at the bottom of his skull too.

Theres other things I see too but I don't wanna write too much. I would advise just going back and practicing basic anatomy and 3D form more. Its even helpful to trace pics of people to get a feel for how things go. Also, really try to make confident, fluid strokes instead of small chicken scratches. It will help you a lot.
