in korea you could walk around at night and there would be drunk businessmen trying to hold each other up, or passed out on the floor, or vomiting everywhere. this would be like a tuesday night. hell you'd see old ladies drinking people under the table too.

is japan like that too.

yeah its a dumb culture for not just korea but for anywhere that does it.

"happy? need to celebrate? drink!"
"sad? ur girl broke up with u? drink!"
"lonely? drink!"
"want to be charismatic and have a good time with friends? drink!"
"a funeral? drink!"
"a wedding? drink!"
"clubbing or sports event? drink!"

theres never not a reason to drink and its stupid as its bad for the body and becomes an emotional crutch.
