I have had that before. The cubital tunnel is essentially the opposite of the carpal tunnel. The nerve in the carpal affects your index finger and middle finger while the nerve in your cubital affects your ring finger and pinky finger. A few years ago I pinched the cubital tunnel nerve and my ring finger and pinky finger and that half of my hand directly below those two fingers went permanently numb. The numbness literally lasted for about half a year. It was so weird. It was just a constant 24/7 numbness. It eventually went away as the nerve repaired itself, but it took about half a year. It never recovered 100% though. Even to this day I still get an occasional "tingling" in those two fingers.

Eh, didn't know that was an actual thing. I thought it was a riff on carpal tunnel.
