I'm sure one of the Police Quest games was 5 or 6. Some of the bigger Lucasarts adventures were on that range before they went to CD with full audio dialogue.

I think 5 or 6 with the X-Wing or Tie Fighter with the addon.

According to 3DRealms, they never released Duke Nukem 3D on floppies.
