Been here almost a year now. it is always pretty warm in here. even in the winter, unless I open all the windows. and right now it's hell. everyday i just sit in pajamas cause it's so hot and sweat all the time. this building is too insolated or something. I noticed when I first moved in it was pretty warm in the hallway too. something about this building. but I can't wait for summer to end now. this sucks. everyday I just hang out almost naked in front of a fan and try not to sweat my entire body out. I need to get an air conditioner

have you been through a winter yet? that could be poor insulation, not too much. where I live I have pretty crappy insulation, so I freeze when it's cold and melt when it's hot.

maybe also you're used to centralized A/C but now just have centralized heating?

yea I have been here since June 2017. maybe going through the winter messed with my perceptions. I might be more sensitive to warm weather now.
