Heavily discouraged from accumulating overtime despite the place being perpetually understaffed? Check

Mysteriously stopped receiving commission/performance bonuses for the second month in a row? Check

Will have less than a hundred dollars to last me two weeks due to digging into my savings to pay rent/bills and buy food? Huge check

It's to the point where I'm gonna have to confront my boss directly, or else just put in my two weeks and quickly find a new job, because this is ridiculous. I'm only making 2/3rds what I made just earlier this year, possibly less - and that was during the "slow season" of all times

At least my rent and car insurance are good for the next month

I'm more concerned about the disappearance of commission/bonus than anything. I know what the answer will be: "it was always discretionary"

So is me working there lol
