Barring you grinding and totally over-leveling yourself, there's not much you can do with those Pokemon. As Okami said, Breloom would be a fantastic choice. Roselia is on the nearby Route 117, and it resists Electric attacks, and can use Leech Seed to sap Magneton's health. Wattson's Pokemon didn't have Steel attacks in R/S, just Electric moves and the set-damage Sonicboom. Anyways a geodude from the dewford tunnel will work good. Or a grass type with leech seed. Like Shroomish. If your starter was torchic or mudkip level them up to evolve them. Marshtomp will 1-2 hit KO with mud shot. Cumbusken can deal solid damage with ember and double kick.
