Overpriced tickets for a movie you'll most likely end up buying in the future, loud ass kids and babies, people "whispering" throughout the movie, people in front constantly looking at their phones, random eating and sipping sounds, etc.

Can't believe people pay $15 for this shit lmao.

I like the experience, Loud ass kids and babies are your own fault for not going late at night on a week day.

I vastly prefer watching movies at home.

Only time I go to theaters these days is when someone else drags me, which is like once every couple of years or so.

The last 3 movies I saw had about 4 other people in the theater. And I went on opening day each time. So just chose movies that other people don't like. :D

$15 for a single person is ridiculous. What kind of theaters are you going to that have that rate TC?

Not at mine. It's $8 to see a movie, and like $2 for a large fountain soda. $1 bottle water

what movie theater do you go to? none of that has ever happened to me

the only bad thing is people getting up to go to the bathroom in my row so i have to un-lounge myself

aside from that the sound and picture quality is 1000x better than any tv you'll ever buy

I will happily pay $20 to go lounge on a gigantic leather recliner and put my feet up and watch a movie in peace.

Lol. Movie tickets were $14-$15 like 8 years ago when I lived in Orange County, you likely just live in bumfuck nowhere.

Right? I just avoid spoilers for months so I can buy the movie later for $20 and watch it at home on my 50ft hi definition screen with surround sound. Definitely better than having to go out in public.

Our theater just did a major remodel. There's big ass reclining leather chairs, ample leg and arm room, and you can order pizza and alcohol. They'll even bring it right to you.

Does moviepass let you see movies in Dolby Vision or IMAX 3d? If you're not watching in Dolby you might as well watch on tv.
