Are you still in counseling, or is that done with for now? sorry, i meant that the therapy is the best thing you can do, in response to you saying that you were dragging your feet. i think they're common issues. it doesn't make them easy, though. i don't mind talking about my experiences or listening to yours, if you happen to need an ear. hell, i'll make the fucking appointment for you if that'll help. i am still in counseling, i started in early April and i might never stop. it's changed my life. i was fortunate enough to find the right counselor on the first try (i hear many people say it takes talking to 2-3 counselors to find the right fit). --- Be nice and spread positivity!
