To be honest, anything is appropriate, don't feel shy. I know that's easier said that done! It may take you a couple of sessions to get a feel if there is a good fit between you and the therapist.

Just talk! About anything really. Tell your therapist about Hobbies you might enjoy. Get a natural conversation going, and you'll feel comfortable in no time talking about anything
