Isn't it just a complex carb that you could fry in a healthy cooking oil? There's virtually no trans fat in them, not saying they are nutritious but they don't seem that bad.

hmmm yes salt would be a factor I didn't think of that, but with virtually no trans fat and small amounts of saturated fats what is the unhealthy part of the fat/oil?
