I've had it pretty much all my life. In earlier grades I remember getting help with it from a speech counselor or something. But that went away once I got to middle school and I never even tried to do anything about it during high school.

Nowadays I'm "usually" good with hiding it but sometimes I can't help but get tripped over a word occasionally. And if I've been drinking it comes out really bad. Both when I'm drunk and hungover.

Sometimes I stutter after a night of heavy drinking and my brain is recovering the next morning after like 4 hours of sleep

I do it sometimes. I'll have to pause very briefly after it happens to gain my place and continue talking again.

i dont have a stutter but sometimes i repeat stuff over and over because of my tourettes and sometimes i talk too fast for my feeble brain to comprehend

Yep, for sure. Usually it's that I'm talking to fast and I hit a word where the stutter happens. Gosh, it happens so slowly in my head and I'm just stuck hearing myself stuck and repeating the same sound.

Other times I hit a word and my nerves or something get me, and my mouth won't even bother trying to make the sound and I'll have to think of a different word to say

I developed a serious one a couple years ago. I talk too fast and also stumble on my words, like a month ago at work I said You gotta learn to walk before you crawl.
