I have lived in Pilsen for a year and half. I actually wanted to live in China Town because I thought it was cooler. I looked at the Forbes article. I have the impression that Pilsen is a cool spot for a tourists. The Forbes article did mention the neighborhood vibe that you get from Pilsen.

I have to confirm the neighborhood vibe. I like this, the convenient public transit, the convenient expressways, the ice cream shops and stores. I still cannot figure out how this makes the top 12 in the world.

Enlighten me, please.
