had a training day at work and one of the topics was on sexual harrassment.

my boss is a hugger and tends to give a lot of them out. she is older (early 40s, divorced) and attractive so does that make it ok?

I generally don't like people touching me and threw me off at first but I guess I have gotten used to it and brace myself for it. I never initiate hugs.

also the bosses boss wears very revealing clothing, short dresses and low cut tops which I personally find offensive especially seeing she isn't attractive at all. now that clear cut honestly feels like sexual harrassment and makes me feel very uncomfortable whenever she calls me in to talk to her about something. she literally only started wearing all these revealing shit ever since she started dating some dude.

before that she was frumpy af, I mean, she still is frumpy af but it's with revealing clothes now. even other coworkers (both men and women) have made comments about how awkward it is with what she wears and how it's inappropriate

what do you think, am I being sexually harassed and should I speak up or am I overthinking this shit cos of the Terry crews news.

A bit inappropriate but I don't know if it's outright sexual harassment. Have you spoken up about it at all? If you have and it's continued anyway, that might be a different matter - even if it doesn't meet the criteria for "sexual harassment", it's still pretty dodgy.

I'm a manager in my department at my job and I've been sexually harassed by coworkers and even my employees before. I regret not coming out and saying anything especially because I'm so adamant about it when women come up to me with similar issues happening to them. I feel like a hypocrite.

Those women that harassed me are long gone now thankfully, but I would recommend going to your HR. No one deserves to feel uncomfortable in their workplace.
