It's been 7 years since I had a serious gf at 22 or 23, after that I just have been with free dating and ONS, FWBs stuff and that kinda thing, it's been okay but this is the first time I think I actually like someone and I feel super self conscious and don't even know what to say.

She is kind of a minor artist and does comissions and stuff and surprised me with a fetish drawing and another non fetish one after a month or so, but the thing is that whenever I ask her out, there is some reason that it cannot happen and I've learned that when the person is not interested they usually don't come up with a reschedule day/time which is the case here, so after two tries of this I dunno if I should be going or if that is a kind of saying to stop it.

I don;t have much experience chasing anyone because for the most part all my experiences with women things just fall into place, whenever I'm in person I can feel the mood and that kind of stuff but this is someone that I met trough work (none of us work there anymore) and It's hard to just be in the same place in person.
