How is this considered a "classic"? In my 40+ years of life, I have literally never heard of anyone grilling/toasting a PB&J. Toasting the bread before making it, sure, but never tossing the whole thing in a pan.

I've made a PB&J and put it in the toaster oven, but I've never grilled one or fried it in a pan like grilled cheese.

PB+j doesn't have a traditional bread type. I'd allow it.

The best way is through a good old sandwich maker. I buy one every now and then and throw it away because theyre such a fucking pain to clean

I have a 30 year old sandwich maker. I don't care if it hard to clean, best single use appliance I have ever had.
