I'm suspicious of Scare for two different reasons, which is two reasons too many for a good stalwart townie Scare.

1. He is anemic. He has not taken his metaphorical iron pills this game. I asked him twice what his thoughts on Chris claiming he wouldn't play today and either I missed his response or no response. He hasn't done anything I associate with town scare. Scum Scare is pretty lurker, however. The best scum lurker of all time, because he actually wins that way. I agree with Chris that it's also weird that Corrik is playing like a kitten this game. Going after Chris D1 last game had such positive results it's weird to me.

2. His pearl clutching about Alakazam is extremely pointless and strange, even for the nonsense phase of the game. Beyond just being pointless and strange, it criticizes Zam for not learning anything last game and yada yada, but he really gives no thought to the idea of Zam potentially being scum. Not a "town zam would have learned" or a "scum zam is probably trying to blatantly copy his town ditzyness" or anything. Just complaining instead of scum hunting.

My approach last game was to not come out of the gate swinging and have a bit of hesitation and it provided me strong reads for both Chris and Corrik. So playing a slower first part of day 1 seems like something I want to be more open to. And specifically with Chris I mentioned his double dipping and expected him to show up later on in the day anyways. No point in prodding him when he alerts us he wont be around and a lot of time to see if he shows up anyways. No fun to shadowbox Chris.

Zam needs a kick in the pants. And moreso, when I have done this before it did give us more of a read on him. When I "bullied" him when he was scum he tried to report me. Sending a message to him and also seeing if he blinks served two purposes. He has reacted more like his town self I feel, but he should still be putting in more effort.

So what strong reads have you gotten so far this game?

I'm getting mad about people saying they're contradictions as if they caught me in a lie when I have made multiple posts explaining how I got from point a to point b. Let's break this down so you can understand since you aren't reading.

1. I claim without rereading my PM, mistake on my part. Wondered if it was a daily thing that i hadn't thought about before, thus me not asking about it pregame.

2. Reread my PM, noted it said late to the game. Ok, I'll clarify to everyone, no need to wait for the host.
