Medussa 06/28/18 6:36:49 PM #7:	a government set up like the pre-civil war United States (where the states had a lot more control, and the federal government a lot less) is the best way to make something like this work. keep the basics with the feds (human rights, mostly), and mandate open movement between states. but otherwise, leave the details to the states. --- Boom!
