turns good once it passes?

I've been binge watching it lately and I just got past the Champa arc and I've been digging it so far. It's no "Z" but it's been enjoyable. My biggest complaint is the animation, particularly during the Resurrection "F" story arc. One scene in particular where they show the Z-Fighters fighting off Frieza's forces and you literally see dudes in the background just completely static, as if they photoshopped out a picture of a dude and just put him in the background but moved his position every couple of frames. That looked really bad. Plus they made Gohan look really skinny for some reason.

Goku also seems much stupider and absent-minded in Z so it came as somewhat of a shock, but I understand that that's more in line with Goku from the manga version of Z than the anime, so that's whatever.

FT saga (ep 47-67), though its ending is generally considered garbage and its climax (ep 66) is VERY divisive, and the power scaling goes to the dumpster around halfway through (by the ToP there's pretty much no scale anymore)

It turns "good" once you turn your brain off and realize how shit Super is. It becomes good around the Tournament of Power arc, so like 100 episodes in.
