Fact of the matter is, they aren't interested in "reasoned discourse" or anything like that, so there's not much of a point in talking about presenting arguments or things like that. Whereas making being a member of Trump's administration the most miserable existence it could be by throwing someone out here, yelling at them on the street there, etc. removes the one thing that most of these people thought when they accepted these jobs: that no one would care and you could pass it off as just being a job.
