They got caught stealing bethesdas bugs

Except the company making the Westworld game was also the dev for Fallout Shelter. They worked with Bethesda on the game, but Bethesda was supposed to retain the rights to all the code.

Looking at it just now in the Play store, it's totally just Fallout Shelter.

It's not the company it was the main dev who worked on fallout shelter, who signed aoemthige saying he can't use the same code if he works for someone else, but he took the code and used it anyways. I don't think WB knew it was the exact code. They probably just figured he was going about it the same way or doing something similar. It's very different then copying the code exactly and building around it.
