When you call 911 and frantic they immediately ask what the issue is and location. From that point it's a broadcast distress call to all cops in vicinity and paramedics are dispatched as well if it's a bad car accident, stabbing or shooting. They're asking questions because they need information to catch the criminals and they need eye witness testimonies. For all they know they could still be lingering around. The cops are first responders but they arent paramedics. To hold them accountable for not doing anything is absurd. They're not trained to handle multiple stab wounds. The kid had the slimmest of margins of surviving once they got his neck. He also ran and exerted himself. Unfortunately his clock was running fast the moment it happened. When you call 911 and frantic they immediately ask what the issue is and location. From that point it's a broadcast distress call to all cops in vicinity and paramedics are dispatched as well if it's a bad car accident, stabbing or shooting. They're asking questions because they need information to catch the criminals and they need eye witness testimonies. For all they know they could still be lingering around. The cops are first responders but they arent paramedics. To hold them accountable for not doing anything is absurd. They're not trained to handle multiple stab wounds.
