For a number of years now I get this strange feeling over my entire body, like I'm having a panic attack. I think of strange shit I don't even know is real, feels like I'm not even really in my body, I feel chilly and, I don't know, numb?

First it was just maybe once a month, but now it's starting to feel like it's 3-4 times a day

Not really, it's a lot different feeling, but it doesn't feel "bad" it just feels strange, and it needs to stop because I can't focus on anything when it does happen. I even passed out from it once
