MW3 was flawed in some ways, but it was really fun in other ways (I miss my PP90M1) so I'll be glad to go back and play it again. MW3 was also my first introduction into funny CoD-related videos on Youtube, thanks to The Adventures of Riot Shield Man and Knife Man Guy.

I think he's thinking of MW2

So like if you go prone with cold blooded pro and constantly spam the weapon swap button, your guy doesn't lay flat like a normal body, but rather is constantly in the "switching" weapons animation, so long as you spam the swap button. The animation looks weird and it blends in better since you can't actually see the guy's face.

But you are far from "invisible," that's for sure.

30k on MW3 is amazing though, god imagine how many would play MW2 if it got added

That was the one gun I always felt was missing from MW2

My biggest hope for a MW2 Remaster is that they put MW3 gun models in as well as a few choice guns

They do take place in the same year after all and therefore should both show up

I don't remember the state of each gun at the end of MW3's life, I remember the MP7 was the clear best SMG before a nerf but I can't remember how hard it was nerfed. How did/do the MP5 and UMP stack up? UMP wasn't MW2 level good, I do remember that.

Black Ops 1 is the most well-balanced CoD while still remaining incredibly fun to play and it was backwards compatible 2 years ago.

Not to mention it has a much better campaign (if you're in to that. I am, myself). I liked the voice actors, the maps, the 60s/70s aesthetic, the guns, the kill streaks, and the only thing BO2 did better was zombies.

The PP and MP7 ran the game by the time BO2 came out. Using Specialist and getting all proficiency upgrades in addition to all perks made you a machine that could win every gun battle.

People also used the akimbo FMG-9s a lot iirc.

The thing about MW3 I really enjoyed was how well the LMGs were used. MW just had the RPD, Saw, and M60, and MW2 made the AUG the only one that could stand up to any of the ARs because it essentially was one.

They weren't. They weren't AT ALL.

At least, judging by the numerous times I've been killed by it so far.

Man, my biggest gripe with MW3 was how shit the vanilla maps were. Thankfully the DLC was more creative but damn, these are just bad.

There was no point in getting higher air support streaks because everyone would just hide inside, so everyone ran shit like EMP and IMS.

The UMP can still be godly in MW3 even though it's not as feared as in MW2. Slap on rapid fire and a extended mags, and a specialist class.
