Like 10 would be a good age. I mean, 16 is still a good age to get an actual licence but more practice would be beneficial to everyone and lower teen fatality rates. I mean, there is a reason the elderly have less accidents: more practice

Only if they raise the difficulty of the test. It's far too easy as it stands today.

Drivers licenses should be a limited commodity. You have to defeat the person holding one to gain yours. This would prevent the feeble and weak from being in control of 3000+ death machines.
