Overhead-135
Dead lift- 315

All are a bit low and could probably be higher but I'm out of shape and don't get into the gym often enough or eat well enough to really push it. Want to get back into it though.

Better than me. I just got back into the gym about a month ago after not going for 4+ years and these are roughly my 1 rep maxes:

OHP: 115
Deadlift: 255
Bench: 195
Squat 255

Doing Wendlers 5/3/1 right now.

Better than me. I just got back into the gym about a month ago after not going for 4+ years and these are roughly my 1 rep maxes:

OHP: 115
Deadlift: 255
Bench: 195
Squat 255

Doing Wendlers 5/3/1 right now.


Those are all 5 reps but they're also inflated because I'm 6'4" and 270 right now.

When I was in good shape I was around 220 with all those numbers much higher. I've just gotten lazy and fat.

My goal this year is to go back 3 days a week and get cardio in at least twice a week and stop drinking so much. Hoping to get back. Down to at least 240 before a wedding next year.

Lifting is for Chads and people under 5'6''.
