They faced off, had an amazing match, and after a few battles, they become close friends and tag partners. Over time Ibushi became a bigger star while Omega was still just starting out, and Omega ended up joining Bullet Club and ditching Ibushi along the way. Earlier in the year Ibushi and Omega become friends again after 7 years of never doing anything together (no matches, no tags, hardly even on screen together) and now this will be their first match against one another in 7 years, almost to the day --- ...
