So just had a lot of screaming here from mum and two sisters. They saw a mouse run in the bottom of the pantry, so guess who got the job of clearing out all the stuff down there to get it out. Spent 10 minutes doing that, right at the end, three mice come running out. Two out the back door, the last under mums bedroom door. I told her I'm not cleaning her room. >:D

We had bats in one of our apartments growing up. Funny thing is my mom fell in love with the place partly because it had pocket doors between the living and dining room. That's where the bats came in. They were in the walls and they would come in through the spaces around the pocket doors lol

My mother was deathly afraid of them so she used to have me catch them and release them outside. Had a pretty good system after a few tries. Used a broom and a bucket and a towel. I'd knock them down with the broom, throw a towel over them, then the bucket. Never got bit, never killed a bat.
