Seems like an easy lawsuit. but is the employee wrong for locking out a victim that is being assaulted? He could lose his job.

I hope someone has a follow up story.

If he kept the doors locked while the attackers were still there, fair enough.
If he kept the doors locked after they left, no, that's wrong.
