From where do they get their meats?

I vaguely remember one episode that hinted that people eat Magikarp? And from the game Slowpoke Tails?

People eat Slowpoke tail.

In Pokmon X and Y, Slowpoke Tail is one of the dishes served by Restaurant Le Yeah in Lumiose City.

In the Pokmon Sun and Pokmon Moon Special Demo Version, a Police Officer at the Hau'oli City Marina stakes out what he believes is a Slowpoke Tail deal; instead, the meeting is simply two people fawning over each other's Slowpoke.

Slowpoke's Pokmon Sun Pokdex entry states that its tail often breaks off without harming the Slowpoke, and that it grows back later. Its Pokmon Moon Pokdex entry states that dried Slowpoke tails are often used in Alolan home-cooked stews.

In the Generation VII core series games, Peppered Slowpoke Tail on Salad, Slowpoke Tail Quiche, and Slowpoke Tail Sandwiches are listed on a shelf in the Thrifty Megamart, although the player cannot purchase any of them.

According to the anime, Farfetch'd are rare because they have been over-hunted for food. This means Farfetch'd is one of the few Pokmon confirmed to be used for food dodrio

Yeah, the promotional material and anime are trying to push everyone being vegetarian or something, since I guess they realize that without real animals, that meat has to come from somewhere.

The games--at least as recent as Diamond/Pearl--outright state that people eat Pokemon.

If people are eating Slowpoke tails, then surely they've been eating other body parts of it or of other Pokemon.

I remember there being promotional artwork in the early days of Ash, Misty and Pikachu running alongside a dog. I also remember an episode of the anime where Misty envisions a mongoose for some reason.

Tbf, Slowpoke are said to regrow their tails, so they aren't actually butchering Pokemon for that meat. In fact, I think Slowpoke are said to be so dumb that they don't actually feel pain.
