I was on a G Adventures tour with a middle aged white American couple who felt that they could say things like "all refugees are scum" and "we have guns so we can kill Muslims before they kill us", all the while knowing my fiance is a Muslim former refugee of war. But that's their "freedom of speech" (literally nobody was asking their opinion on it)

Fucking assholes they were. Luckily by the end of the trip nobody sat next to them, spoke to them or even really looked at them. Really upset my fiance though.

I don't think any of them are legit Trump slurpers, but basically my entire family has long drunk the conservative koolaid. They fall for fake news and lies anytime it says something bad about "liberals". My mom actually once said that Fox News "is the only network telling the true story".

When I worked at Menards a customer came in wearing a build the wall hat. Thats the only time I can recall meeting or seeing someone that open about it.

I live in Mississippi so there's plenty down here. Just this past week we went into one of our suppliers and one of the employees there was telling another customer about how liberals are just hating on Trump no matter what and blah blah blah. They had Fox News on the TV too. I've had several customers talk about their support for Trump. One even had a whole bunch of Trump body wash stuff in his bathroom that we were working on.
