Has a single person defended who knows Chris personally defended him? Usually there's someone. But all I've seen is everyone abandoning him.

while it is likely there are bandwagoners, it's also that there is little incentive to be contrarian. like, i've never liked him but I wouldn't go into a thread about him and go "lol you guys watch him"
so it's probably more that the people who didn't like him and the people who liked him are two different groups, despite you seeing the same subreddits
