So I've been playing Civ V vox populi and I've gotten to the point that everyone is calling me a war-mongering tyrant despite the fact I've only ever declared one war at the beginning of the game and I've started wipeing them out with nukes as they won't stop attacking me. So when do you start dropping the bomb?

That's weird that's never happened to me but I got out of my way to meet everyone to established the World Congress

I start dropping the bombs as soon as I have them. I drop it on my allies and try to befriend their enemies.
