If you think you're done, and you don't think there is anything you can do to work on your relationship, then tell her the truth and end it. Been with my current wife now nearly 15 years and so glad I did what I did. I dunno, maybe it's just me but I find that if you really love someone it stops being an issue after a certain point unless there are other things that compound the issue.
