I mean I don't disagree with the second quote, but it doesn't make sense in context TLOU since it's been known that Ellie is either a lesbian or bi since the first game. Tbh I cant help but feel like CEs moved forward somewhat after reading that; IIRC topics about trans people went down pretty similarly in 2015 CE.
