And let's say one other person in the country also played those numbers. If I win the lottery, does that mean I'd then only have to split 1/6th of the winnings with that other person, since I had the other 5 tickets?

Rather than if I bought one and he bought one, and they both won, and we'd have to split it half and half?

I misinterpreted your post. For some reason I thought you were saying each ticket gets the whole amount of the lottery pot.
