Not in the sense of having a female government agent, but rather having a female action hero who hooks up with a different guy each film?

I feel like it would take two to three films for people to realize that she wasn't the type to commit and that the internet would blow up as soon as the guy of the film was black.

I'm pretty sure I saw this once, on Cinemax at 3AM, about fifteen years ago.
