It actually is implied by Tatsumaki when she tries to fight Saitama that the only other character nearly this powerful to completely overwhelm her with zero effort is blast. implying that blast is close to Saitama.

To me that just says that Blast is ridiculously stronger than Tatsumaki, but doesn't say much about Blast compared to Saitama. I mean we already know his super power is not struggling in any fight ever

Blast and Saitama have actually fought the same enemy once...
Elder Centipede.
Blast almost killed it but it managed to escape.
2 years later it is bigger and stronger and easily defeated by Saitama.
That said, I wouldn't be surprised if Blast and Saitama shares the same power, that both have removed their limiter and just want to have a real fight again.

Hmmm, I wonder if it will turn out that Orochi is a transformed Blast...
