Anymore evidence needed? This film was a disaster. Blu-ray went up for marvel series like captain america, going down for Star Wars. TLJ did 11% worse than Rogur one, which is just sad.

Or some people just legitimately enjoyed the film for what it was.

It has some weaknesses sure, but personally the strengths it has far outweigh it. I'm not gonna badger anyone who hates it, but I don't really understand the hate.

It's Star Wars, not Shakespeare. Each Star Wars movie has some stupid shit, bad acting, and just not great film-making.

I would be worried if everybody across the board was like yeah, it was a good movie its much more exciting to me when you get a group of people who are coming up to you who are really really excited about it. Then there are other people who walk out literally saying its the worst movie Ive ever seen. Having those two extremes is the mark of the type of movie that I want to make.

Id have bought the UHD bluray if it was at least mixed well but Disneys latest home offerings have had their dynamic range gutted. Everything past Thor ragnarok has awful home audio.
