I think it's a critical song that really sets up the album and where he's coming from on it well. On first listen so far, I'd agree KGS starts on the weaker side. Overall I'd agree with Dez. I'm tired of people forcing themselves to release albums if they don't have an album worth of quality material. However, it's fucking Yeezy, I honestly do not think any of his previous seven albums have any filler or fluff at all, and I think he could have still put out a full length, longer album full of quality songs as he always does. Ye's short length made me wanting for more. Keep in mind I do have a bit of a bias here because I'm a huge Yeezy fan (he's my favorite music artist of all time), but I recently did a re-listen to all his previous albums front to back in anticipation for ye, and I honestly think I can claim that none of the albums have any filler/fluff at all, zero stinkers.
