I'm like 150 pounds, 5'6-5'7", and a little bit chubby for a short white kid. Was thinking about following a little subway diet thing, since I've got more than enough money to do it, and yeah. I was wondering if any of you nutritiongurus think that eating a subway melt with no ranch or anything but still dat cheese, dat bacon, and dat salt + pepper would be aight? That and a bowl of cereal a day.

I dunno but I ran out of options today and had Subway for lunch. I haven't eaten since because it's been fuckin making me feel full. There has to be something in that horse shit because it wasn't a big sandwich.

I've worked at Subway for a few years now, and honestly, most of the sandwiches are fine to eat calorie-wise. The most insane one is the Chicken Bacon Ranch Melt, because it comes with double the cheese.

A few tips, though, if you want to try and cut things out while eating Subway:
1: Have the bread scooped; it removes a ton of carbs you don't need.
2: If you want to fill full, you need to get veggies. Most of the veggies are fine to load up on, just go easy on Olives/Pickles/Banana Peppers/Jalepenos. Those 4 are all filled with sodium, and olives are super high in fat. Everything else is fine.
3: Sauces like Mustard, Oil, Vinegar, Subway Vinaigrette, and even the Sweet Onion are fine to get. Low fat, no calories.

How often is that though? Travelling does throw all that out of the window.

Normally when I travel for business I try to book self-contained apartments so I can buy and make my own food. But yeah, when that's not possible, I eat like a fucking pig.

No, but it's best to cut down how much saturated fat and sugar you eat when it comes to trying to lose weight. Also best to cut down on the carbs you eat unless you're actively working out, in which case it can benefit you.
