Russell Berger, a high level executive for CrossFit has been FIRED after he said celebrating LGBT Pride is a SIN!!

He worked as CrossFit's chief knowledge officer and was exterminated, oopsa a poo, i mean terminated by the company by his now deleted tweets.

The Alabama Christian said he tried to defend the owner of an Indianapolis CrossFit Gym who cancelled a special workout in honour of Pride Month

He wrote "As someone who personally believes celebrating pride is a SIN, i'd like to personally encourage #CrossFitInfiltrate for standing by their convictions and refusig to host an @indypride workout. The intolerance of the LGBTQ ideology toward any alternative views is mind blowing. The tactics of some in the LGBTQ movement toward dissent is an existential threat to freedom of expression. The lack of tolerance for disagreement, which has been repalced with bullying Twitter mobs promising 'consequences' should be a concern regardless of your political stance. Allow me to double down, i beleive @indypride is a celebration of sin, as do most Christians. I deleted this and respostd to a different version to make sure it's clear these are my personal beliefs, you know, since the twitter mobs are hard at work trying to get me fired. I will not normalize a lifestyle that God will swiftly DESTROY in the afterlife. Marriage is between a Man and a Woman. end of story"

The backlash against him was swift as CrossFit initlaly put him on unpaid leave before finally announcing he was thrown to the wolves as they said the statements made by him do not reflect the views of CrossFit and said he is terminated as they are a diverse community in every way.

The controversy started when the owners of a franchise in Indianapolis found out that their trainers were planning a special workout to celebrate Pride in honour of the Pride Month as they sent an email to members that they CANCELLED the event because the owners beleive being gay DOESN'T value total health and wellness

It said "Total health involves the body, the emotions, relationships and the spirit. At the foundational detractor from health, as we believe God sets the parameter for, is pride. We believe that true health forever can only be found within humility, not pride. Humility is seeing oneself as they truly are, and as God truly defines them to be"

That Indiana Gym has since been SHUT DOWN as members CANCELLED their memberships in response to that email

CrossFit is a favourite among celebrities such as Paul Rudd...and ugly Donald Trump Jr.

Would you have a problem if the definition of marriage is changed to "between a person and a person"?
