I'd be completely fine with that. I'm like 3 generations back from the newest models and it still works perfectly for everything.

Im like three gens back, and I dont see any reason to upgrade. Unless the new phones come with a sexbot or something, my current phone already does everything I would want or need it to do.

The smartphone market is definitely about to freefall.
Unless you're a heavy user like me, most phones from 2016 are more than sufficient for the general public and people will start going longer and longer without upgrading.
