That goes for me too. I don't have nightmares that often but when they happen, it is beyond unsettling. Like, the shit won't get out of my head for weeks, I feel shivers in my back in plain daylight and feel the need to watch my back even when there are people around. My mind... is just that terrible.

Yeah, my nightmares are truly horrific things, like learning there is no food in the fridge or the car battery not starting.
