There's a difference between choosing to work at a company and a company refusing to do custom orders based on religious reasons. Especially since Amazon isn't even infringing on their rights. They're allowed to fast as much as they want, nobody is stopping them.

Amazon isn't infringing on their rights. They just need to quit if they can't handle fasting and working.

And making and decorating a cake is art. You wouldn't commission an artist to paint something they don't agree with. Now, making a plain cake with no words or anything shouldn't be covered by religious freedom.

The CRA doesn't protect people from discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, though. That is why it is so important that the state commission, created by the state law that protects people on that basis, was overtly hostile towards the baker's religion

Sounds pretty fair next. Even as shitty as Amazon is, if you're not drinking water due to a fast but get to be accommodated with less work, that's the definition of unfair to the coworkers who have to pick up your slack. You're warehouse work, not retail.
