I will say I was honestly unaware that simply possessing closed containers of alcohol was illegal when you're under 21. I thought it was illegal to:

1. Purchase alcohol underage.

2. Drink alcohol underage.

But simple possession? I thought that was fine.

What's the issue?

Does it look bad? Sure. Most arrests do, when there's resistance. It's the nature of the beast.

You need to identify yourself if there is an ongoing investigation, which there was, because that officer doesn't know if you may have a warrant, or who you are, or what's going on.

Then you act erratic, push the officer before he ever even physically engages you, and now you're mad you got put down?

Just stop.

"These are my aunts. This is my name. Here's my phone would you like to talk to her?"

She's lucky she didn't get cuffed after she walked away the first time. The cops were more than patient with her and only used force when she resisted being detained for failure to comply.
