Sim removes penis when showering

Hello. So I have a problem. Up until some minutes ago everything worked fine. But suddenly my sim is taking off his penis when showering. When he's dressed and I click "completely undress", the penis is there. If I send him to take a shower, he "undresses" again and removes the penis....this is really weird. Does anyone know why this could be?

I restarted the game inbetween because I downloaded some clothes and furniture, but even though I removed all of that again, to test if it's causing the issue, the problem is still there.

I know those mods do more than just add sex and nudity, and they add a lot of options for customization in general. I personally don't consider that content though, since customizing my characters has never been important to me.

Oh yeah quest mods are cool. I prefer ones like that and ones that alter gameplay to aesthetic mods.
