ProfDE 06/04/18 9:21:17 PM #1:	Today when I was coming home from the mall I was stuck behind one person going only 40 on the freeway, in the left lane no less, when the speed limit is 55 or 60. Road conditions were perfectly clear so there is no reason they couldn't be going at least the speed limit. It took a while to be able to pass the car because of how much slower the lane was moving. KrankyKat 06/06/18 6:29:30 PM #7:	Where I am, you can be pulled over/cited for going too slow and disrupting "flow of traffic" because it's potentially dangerous to yourself or others. The worst are those trying to change lanes/merge on or off the freeway at 20-30mph.
