This is the first one I've had a hard time with. Both are kind of middling, but they share in a certain amount of charm too.

Pocahontas is a bad Disney movie. Colors of the Wind is great but aside from that it just isnt a very good movie imo

Plus it is about as far from the true story as they could have gotten

Alice in Wonderland is fantastic, although I'm not sure whether I consider it one of the best Disney movies (although it's likely the best adaptation of the book, albeit not the most interesting -- that would instead go to the somewhat unsettling Alice (1988), aka Nco z Alenky)

Pocahontas, on the other hand, is ridiculously preachy and silly, but I liked many of the songs ("Savages," "Mine, Mine, Mine," "Just Around the Riverbend," and "Steady as the Beating Drum") and the art style was neat. However, it was kind of weak on the whole.

It's an interesting pairing in that neither film has a really stand-out villain. Ratcliffe was cartoonish in his ambitions, but is otherwise lacking. Alice in Wonderland has the Queen of Hearts who, while over-the-top, is kinda otherwise lacking.
